    Altamira Online SL (the Company) informs the users in compliance with article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the Regulation), so that these may expressly decide, freely and voluntarily, if they wish to supply the personal data requested of them on the Website for the provision of its services.

    It also informs that the purpose of the processing to which the data supplied to us by users is exclusively for processing their request or query submitted through this website and, where applicable, should the users expressly consent by way of indicating the corresponding box at the bottom of the data collection form, provide them with information on the activities of the Company that may be of interest, it being understood that the submission of their data expressly authorises the Company to process their data for the aforementioned purposes. This consent, which constitutes the legal basis that legalises the processing of the data, can be revoked at any time without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
